Reconstructed and widened Capital Circle from two to six lanes between Tram Road and Woodville Highway as a design-build project with Genesis Group. The scope included curb and gutter, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, potable water, reuse water, sidewalks, a multi-use trail, and landscaping in addition to the road widening. This was a major earth-moving project with many challenges such as maintaining access at the Woodville Highway intersection, addressing three sinkholes that developed during construction, and maintaining landscaping without an irrigation system.
